The ice elemental melts quickly, especially in the hot environs of a storage house, of course the bugger is rare |

| I was wondering if it will be Red Robe Raistlin with a chip on his shoulder, or Black Robe Raistlin, with a BIG chip on his shoulder . . . and I wonder if they'll do a Caramon if they do a Raistlin . . . |

Hope this is the right place, so this weekend I spent $100 bucks on mini's. Got a Gargantuan Black. , 2 packs of WoDQ and 1 of BW. Cleaned that place out, went to the 2 local hobbystores 1 didn't even have any, and the other had a couple but they were alot more money than the 1st place. (Borders was first then a Local gaming stores were the last 2.) So my question is do you get yours from an online place and if so where? I am looking for a site that will let you either buy a whole pack or specific ones. I am all for supporting the locals stores but they barely keep up with the demand. And as I don't live with my parents (DARN! ) have to conserve money for other stuff. |
Turox Antas Dragonslayer - "People will believe anything they want to believe, or fear to believe." Wizard's First Rule: Chapter 36, Page #397, US Hard Cover (revealed by Zeddicus Zu'l Zorander). Explanation by Zeddicus Zu'l Zorander: "People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool."

Just got back from checking out the new FLGS in town, and my friend and I played a game of D&D minis in their back room. Since we were the first ones to play D&D minis there, and my friend use to help run D&D minis tournaments at the late lamented FLGS that just closed (and is likely going to start up again here), we got Unhallowed posters and promo minis.
My friend got a fire mephit, while I got a pseudodragon. All in all not a bad night, although the fact that my Ice Devil couldn't keep from routing snatched defeat from the jaws of victory for me . . . |

Truth be told, Reaper is doing the one thing I have been praying for for a long time. Screw the mini game, as is, if I want a horde of orcs now, I can get one without scouring ebay for ages. |

Hello-
I played in a local Unhallowed pre-release tournament on Saturday. I did OK -> 2-3. I won my first game though - and it was somewhat funny at one point - I successfully used flesh to stone on - a Stone Giant. :)
Anyway - I got a promo mini of the Vampire Hunter, and Epic stat card for the Githyanki Dragon Rider, as well as a couple of clear-plastic spell templates that are pretty cool. Oh - and a free d20 for losing during a specific round. :)
I lked many of the figures I saw other people playing with - and I would not mind getting some bats myself. :)
Oh - and I got a Cormyrian War Wizard - pretty good stats on that one!

Hello-
Actually, no - I did not get the gorgon - though I fought against one - and it took out like 3-4 of my warband. :( - he had made it invisible....
My stone to flesh came from my Bone Naga. :) Its DC is 18 - so its a lot harder to resist than many of the other spells I have seen.
By the way - I Really like how the Bone naga looks! :)
And we made the warbands from 2 boosters - and the other rare I got was Virtous Charger - though ironically I did not use it in the warband.

| Is the paint job of the Valorous chargers as bland as seems to be in pics? It looks like only a couple of colours where used |

Hello-
I just pulled it out and looked at it. There are really only a couple of colors - but the one is teh silver-ish metallic - and it has some darker areas. I think it looks OK - not the best Ive seen - but far from the worst. The Unicorn's eyes could have come out better - but otherwise it is not horrible.
