Hey everyone, I know I'm still pretty new here, but I just wanted to know, which do you like better, 2nd, or 3rd edition. I personally love 2nd. I think it's great. 3rd is ok, but to me you can't beat the classics.

What do you think?

2nd.

There is an old discussion of this down in 'Running the Realms' where most people have posted already.

Hey Saber I remember that game quite clearly. I was a cleric of Mystra not Lathander.
My characters do not die often but I remember that we had a mixed(Chaotic evil-Lawful good was included within the party)party once living in a city of dust and smoke. We were sent to scums section of the city to kill some elf. And my friend sabre killed our bard who have been singing in the moment to help us. Saying it was a fifty fifty chance that he would have killed the enemy. I believe Baki really felt Sabre's handaxe in his back.

"I can see what would befall me as I see what would befall you!" said a sorcerer just before I slitted his throat, you should have seen the astonishment on his face. It was pretty amusing.

Must we go over this again?
2nd ED. It just rules, it always rules, if you really care about my reasons, go look at all the others I have posted on the previous forums, not that anyone really cares though.
