Greetings all .
I'm sure you're all missing me terribly (yeah right... I hear the cricket noises and low coughs in the crowd from the silence that follows my utterance ), so I thought I'd just check-in with a quick update.
I'm currently typing this entry on a laptop in a hotel in south-central London (yes Rad... you can shake and squirm now ). As most now know, both the Lady K. and myself have had to deal with matters that have left us with little time to visit here at Candlekeep (it's also [partly] why we're in London). That's only part of the reason why I've been so inactive here over the last few weeks. The other half of the reason for my absence, is because I've been busy practicing my various piano recitals for a "minor" tour the classical trio I'm a part of will be doing in October around southern England and Wales.
I intend to provide details about some of the venues we'll be playing at, so those scribes here at Candlekeep who live in areas close to where we'll be playing at (and like classical/baroque music) can come down and see us (or me... ) and enjoy some good music. And, we can also have a chat about Realmslore if you like .
My tour schedule for the next month and a half will probably leave me with little time to post, but I'll try and stop by here more often than I have in the last month.
I was intending to have the PbeM up and running before I headed overseas, but unfortunately that did not happen. I've got the relevant notebooks here with me though, so I might be able to get the introduction to the adventure emailed out and sent to all involved players. I'll also try and update Fletch's "Sage's PbeM" scroll before I get to that though, and answer any questions that have been left hanging since my abrupt departure at the end of August.
So, that's about everything for the time being. I'll talk to you all again in a few days after my first few sessions are over with. Wish me the luck of the Lady Tymora... I have a feeling I'm going to need it .

I wish I was in the UK...even if I don't like the music that much, it would still be nice... |

Ahh welcome to sunny England, Sage Great to hear from you again, you certainly have been missed. It all sounds very interesting, how you manage to find time for all these pasttimes makes me ponder
Good luck with it all anyway, and I hope that any other life troubles you have are sorted out and that you return back to Candlekeep soon |

Well met
Welcome back, Sage Indeed 'tis good to hear from thee. A number of scribes have been worried about thy good self and thy lady (to the point of distracting some from their Realmslore studies )
Aye, thou hast been missed...and thy desk is piled high with unread scrolls and tomes of lore
Nevertheless, I hope thy music tour goes very well and that ye will return to Candlekeep forthwith soon.
Good luck, Sage, and take care of thyself. |

I'm sure everything will go wonderfully. Enjoy yourself my friend, it sounds like you've got an opportunity to do something not many people get a chance to do. Take care |

The Sage in England? My world's turned upside down!
Um, no, I guess that would be Sage's world turned upside down . . . .
Poor Sage . . . he leaves weather that Lina referred to as "freezing cold" just a week ago, and goes to an English autumn. |

I have just returned from London, we had a few days honeymoon there. Drop us a list of your venues and you never know the Realms might invade. The weather could almost be described as wintery at the moment bookwrym, it is bloody freezing this morning. |

And, interestingly, British Airways has chosen this time of year to run a slew of television and radio ads expounding the virtues of vacationing in London . . . .
I'm sure it's a wonderful city, and a lot of the things they're describing are interesting. But I don't want to visit it in the autumn, thankyouverymuch. |

That's where you've been hiding. In England pestering Rad. |

Granted, wintery weather in Perth can be extraordinarily cold, but this is my first trip to the Isles in almost 10 years. I had forgotten how cold an early London morning can be...

... Hiding ... hiding you say... I'll have you know that I'm quite comfortable in the city of Neverwhere... Pestering Rad... is just a nice little bonus...

Putting down the keyboard for an instrument. A man of many talents. Any particular reason you chose London? Not that its good or bad, just wondering. |

It was the destination our manager/agent choose. He felt it would be the best place for early exposure, and, since we've already played in most of the capital cities of Australia... it seemed to be the next logical move. As a plus, it has given the Lady K. an opportunity to visit her parents... and to share with them, some rather exciting news...

Indeed they are ol' Hammy...
In fact, double congratulations may be the order of the day if we receive some "positive" information we've been hoping for these last few weeks...

Ah... that would really make our time here complete. Unfortunately, from what I've learned from the local hobby store, SS will be released here in Wales a fortnight after it's release in Australia. So, we want to get back to Perth as soon as possible...
