Hello everyone.
I am new to this form, although I have been a longtime fan of the Forgotten Realms.
A little about me.
I first got started in the world of RPG and D&D through a friend who introduced me to the game of Baldur's Gate. I have since then become a huge fan, and have read many forgotten realm novels. Unfortunately, nobody I know plays D&D, so my experience of it is limited to the Baldur's Gate series. My favourite character is my namesake, and my favourite author R.A. Salvatore.
Aside from the Forgotten Realms, I play hockey, and am a very competent musician (Guitar).
I am glad that I found this form, and hope to meet some interesting people, maybe even forge some friendships.

My first exposure to the Realms was thru one of the early novels... I decided to try the novel because I liked the Dragginglance stuff I'd read up until then... |

Hello,
It is good to see a new one here (oh my, now I sound like an old lady though i joined only few weeks ago ) I like Salvatore too. Actually through his novels i came to love FR. I am playing BG2 now. Also I play NWN and Icewind DaleII. I must admit I have never had enough patience to finish first BG  . Maybe someday?
