According to Amazon, which can be inaccurate, coming out in August are "Forsaken House" Book 1 in the Last Mythal trilogy in the beginning of the month and in the end of the month, they have listed as coming out the Darkwalker on Moonshae reprint, Paths of Darkness gift set, and the Mistress of the Night, book 2 in the Priests series. Though the WOTC products site has these last three listed as September whereas Amazon has them listed as Aug 31.

Remember that Lady of Poison and most other FR paperbacks came out early. Thus, I'd expect FH even sooner than August 1st. Perhaps, in the next week if things remain constant.

Ah, thank you for that heads-up. I shall indeed be on the prowl for that particular tome.

I'm a little surprised that the Priest Series novels are coming out so close together. Then again it's not like it's a trilogy written by the same author.

Ive noticed lately that material is being released sooner than first announced by WotC. I hadnt expected to own Lady of Poison yet at all so was pleasantly surprised.

I noticed only yesterday also that Realms of Dragons has been moved from December to October

...and that The Two Swords has been moved to.......er. April 2004 !? hmmmm (ref: LoP)

I'm very much looking forward to "The Last Mythal" but hope it hits my shores before Xmas. Considering that "Elminster's Daughter" has now officially NOT been released in Australia, I'm not holding my breath - but am e-writing to WotC to say that their distribution system is lousy.

You'd think that after backing the US to the hilt in the "War Against Terror" they'd at least do the right thing by us and send through the latest FR stuff quickly ...

Did you learn of the reason why?

There's a thread devoted to this novel where I discuss the novel's slow opening. It took me a bit to get through the first seventy pages of the book. However, after that, I thought overall, the novel improved.

Check out the thread that I previously mentioned. Some spoilers are within, but it does include a few reviews on the novel.
