I don't have SK yet, but I know of belpren, drow sleep poison, dwarfbane, huld, jeteye, lhurdas, night sleep, orvas, prespra, saisha, ulcrun, and varrakas. Dragon #322 has a Silicon Sorcery article on magical poisons.

Main sources of poisons in 3e:

3.5 DMG(page 296)
Arms and Equipment Guide(page 36, including poisons related to some Realms creatures)
Book of Exalted Deeds(page 34, listed as ravages)
Epic Insights Web Column(page 42 of the Web Compilation)
Book of Vile Darkness(page 44)

There are likely some smaller sources I've forgotten about.
Lords of Darkness does not contain any poisons, and its information on drugs was subsumed into the BoVD.

That's because the Realms is drug free thanks to McGruff, the crime dog.

If anyone interested in poisons doesn't mind some D20 material, more than one company has put out a tome detailing poisons to be used in a game. Any enterprising DM should be able to utilize/modify the poisions in such tomes to put them within the Realms.

They're still there, though-he obviously didn't completely wipe them out.

there are plenty of books on magical plants/monster juices that can be used as poison. as far as real world poisons, mushrooms and berries would have been know to mideval (i don't think that's spelled right) people. arsenic is a mineral that can be mined. many gases can be produced by burning certain plants (especially one's with alot of pitch like pine). onions make you cry because of a gas (syn-propanethial-S-oxide)they release when crushed(tear gas anyone),
fruit seeds (apple cherry apricot cavassa) contain cyanide as well as some algeas.
lye is made from animal fat and ashes and can burn right through your skin
too much of anything can be toxic,

they have tons of poisons in faerun but myself i like to specialize in the illegal drugs that are contained in the land of faerun i made a substance called sniff. ten times powerfull than anything but you get instantly addicted and one vial is 100 gp. raises strength and constitution and lowers wisdom and intelligiance temp

on second thought lets not go to candlekeep it is a silly place

Don't worry. It seems that ol' McGruff's training a successor . . .

Hell hath no fury like all of Candlekeep rising in defense of one of its own.
