after some years of pause, I'm starting a new rpg party. I didn't like the old AD&D rules (too unrealistic, also if the new 3ed have improved) so I choose to use the Harnmaster rules.
Having a LOT of materials from the old FR setting I've choose the FR as the setting for my campaigns. Someone of you have already do this? some suggestion for the conversion?

I have not done this, but I have seen a Harn supplement that deals with trading. In the supplement, it handled rules for merchants ferrying goods back and forth for coin. If you have this rulebook, I would be interested to learn if it could be exported to FR.

I haven't done it with Harn, but have done it with the Hero System. I've also been very tempted to do it with Runequest 3.0. Let us know how well it works out for you. I've not had a chance to play Harn, but have looked through the books and it looks to be a good system.

I don't have the trade supplement :(
now we made a stop for summer holidays, we'll start in august with a combat session to try the new rules, then we'll initiate the new party.
I'll let you know :)
