I’m interested in pulling together a small D&D Forgotten Realms group (most recent edition - 3.5.1 or whatever it is) in the Columbus area to play about once a week. I used to play a lot as a kid and miss it. Does anybody play anymore? Now I’m a 35 yr old professional and father of 2 now but still feel like a kid. I’ve read about 15-20 FR books and really enjoy that campaign setting. I’d prefer to DM but would be happy as a player too. I don’t care about age/gender/race of players as long as players can be at least somewhat mature and serious/reliable about playing. If you are interested in discussing this further, please contact me via E-mail: Tombo1_99@yahoo.com.

I'm not in your area, but good luck with your plans. |

Thanks Sirius. I expect this process to take a while, assuming I have any success. |

I'd love to help, but the commute from Pittsburgh is about three hours each way.
You may want to try meetup.com I found the large majority of players in my current campaign that way, and all of them turned out to be creative, fun, and mature adults who love the hobby.
Good luck! |

I recommend meetup.com as well. It hasn't worked to well here in Fresno, due to a lack of people being signed up, but in a larger city like Columbus, hopefully more will belong.
As a suggestion, I'd sign up for both the Dungeons and Dragons group and the Roleplayers group.
