Just a spur-of-the-moment idea since today is the 4th of July AKA Independence Day here in the USA. Here are some of my ideas

- Bards can utilize some of their harmless spells or illusions to showcase a rather rousing scene on top of using their Perform skill
- Clerics would take on various roles based on their domains
- Druids (if they are more in line with humanoids) might find a way to employ animal or plant creatures to entertain their fellows (ex: animals doing tricks)
- Barbarians, Fighters, Rangers or Paladins would likely stay on guard to ensure festivities aren't interrupted by hostilities
- Rogues might perform through the use of their acrobatics, deftness and cleverness to entertain a crowd
- Sorcerers or Wizards might utilize spells like Pyrotechnics to conjure fireworks

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Happy Independence Day to my fellow Americans!

Along these lines, at one point we were discussing "magical" sports that could be created. For instance, while Quidditch was portrayed with broomsticks, there could be something akin to an air polo game for non-mages with pegasi, hippogriffs, giant owls, etc...

You could create a giant aquarium temporarily using walls of force in the middle of a stadium and then use magical items to have underwater sports.

In societies that don't abhor the creation of undead, there's plenty of interesting things you can do if you put your mind to it as well (especially if you're doing these things with non-humanoid skeletons, so as to not turn off the people.

Alavairthae, may your skill prevail
