Something brought up in this thread over on Piazza got me thinking it would be a good idea to purchase the Five Shires book for Mystara and use it to represent Luiren. Does anybody own the book and think this is possible?

Ed basically put Lurien into Mystara. Rotate the map and it's the same as Lurien.

Judging by eBay, The Five Shires is rare and difficult to find. I don't know if it was a short publishing run or something else, but when I was trying to lay hands on it, I was routinely seeing it go for $50. I lucked out and got a copy in really good condition for like $25.

Ed also told me there were some printing issues with that source, too, but the copy I got was one of the ones without those issues.

That was in an email conversation betwixt he and I.

I apologize that I didn’t see the other thread on this. I figured it would be an obscure enough topic not to need to search!

It fits wonderfully where Luiren is actually...and I'm ashamed that I was never able to completely finish what I started in the other thread.

Life and all that...and a hefty dose of SageTime thrown in on top of that I believe...yeah, that's what happened...all Sage's fault.
