Are the Admins/admin on holiday? I sent a ? to "admin@candlekeep.com" on Monday and have not rx'd a reply. I'll wait a couple more days and just post it here... it's not especially private.

I would say to contact Big Al directly. I personally don't have access to anything beyond the forums.
