A lot of people here celebrate christmas, but celebrate christmas eve on the 24th. I do not know why that is, but I know it's not unique for Sweden. Many countries in Europe does that. Either way it's not really a christian holiday anymore. |

| I wish I could take a weekend vacation to The Forgotten Realms...away from anything or anyone sufficiently hostile, of course! I would have elected to use "dangerous" instead of "hostile", but you can kick a loose rock pretty much anywhere and watch a Level 15 Fighter spring out of the ground. |

Thank you. The same to you. I know I am happy things are going to calm down for a bit. The last two days have been NUTS. The Tower of Gold celebrated the Golden Lady's Return the day before yesterday. Because of that, there were some who wanted to have a much more active celebration yesterday but Orbar is supposed to be solemn so they were quickly corrected. What with the headaches from the day before, some were probably praying more for themselves than their departed merchant brethren! Oh well, such is life in a big city. The High Lord's Ball is coming up fast so that will be the topic of conversation soon enough. |
