The forests of Aglarond are half-elves - one of the few places where 'half-elf' has become its own sub-race (because they've been half-elves for centuries, and now 'breed true' to a half-elf every time).
I'm sure I'll think of others - I think (IIRC) Semberhome might be one.
In my one CKC article (hosted here at the keep), I created a similar 'half-elf' group just like in Aglarond (although other features became more predominate - the eyes are more elven, but the ears are nearly round like a humans). They reside in the Punjabbi* Islands north of Katashaka and south of Maztica.
*If I ever get an opportunity to rename those islands, they are going to become the 'Punjaffi' instead).

Depends on what you counts as "large" and "half-elf" (majority?.. substantial part?.. just many of them in one place?.. all subraces?), the list could include Dambrath and Silverymoon. Also, Dambrath was founded by an order of half-elven Loviatar worshippers, so there may be more to it.
