Depends on what current time you mean. If 1400+ DR than I cannot help you. However I am not aware of any change in it's status of nearly abandoned ruin until Spellplague hit and it probably haven't changed due to closenes of other business centers like Zhentil Keep and Hillsfar. For most of the time since it was burned by elves it served only as a staging ground for battles between Zhnetilar and Hillsfaran soldiers.
