In the 3.5 Players Handbook, its written elven children chooses an adult name when they declare themselves an adult, after their 100th birthday. And childhood friends might or might not still use the child name. Is this valid for any 3.5 D&D world in particular, especially Forgotten Realms? Or for any sub race?
the 3.5 handbook, is not for the realms, its greyhawk. but its pretty much the same for the realms too( think pathfinder is the same) however as for eberron and darksun I would highly doubt that they are sued for those settings only dueto the fact that I have not looked in those 2 setting books. and dragonlance...... mum's the word there.... don't have a setting book for that or 1 handy if I do
why is being a wizard like being a drow? both are likely to find a dagger in the back from a rival or one looking to further his own goals, fame and power
