Hello, I've been reading a lot of different books recently and I'm always reading about rituals to make new or old undead, change a living to an undead of some sort of power, etc. However, in searching I can't find the specifics of these rituals. I have a very exacting DM who expects his players to know their spells/rituals and know/have their spell components.

Can anyone help me with where I might find the specifics on this sort of ritual? Even a simple ritual I might be able to augment...

IIRC some of the Van Richten's Guides (Ravenloft) have this type of info.
