Greeting and welcome to the Keep. As for your comment on alignment, I play a CE Drow Rogue/Shadowdancer/Ranger who follows Vhaeraun. Indeed, I am akin to the Masked Lord's spokesman here at Candlekeep (as many of the other scribes can confirm).

Regardless, Welcome to Candlekeep!

The Chosen of Vhaeraun
"Nature is governed by certain immutable rules. By virtue of claw and fang, the lion will always triumph over the goat.Given time, the pounding of the sea will wear away the stone. And when dark elves mingle with the lighter races, the offspring invariably take after the dark parent. It is all much the same. That which is greater shall prevail. Our numbers increase steadily, both through birth and conquest. The dark elves are the dominant race, so ordained by the gods." Ka'Narlist of the Ilythiiri.

Indeed, Welcome to the Keep!
Ah, Candlekeep is strictly neutral ground. So while some of us are of the more.... darker persuasion, we keep a veneer of peace for realmslore's sake. However the plots and intrigues within the keep are deeper than the Deep Underdark and far far darker...

Hmm . . . royalty. Well, welcome to Candlekeep anyway. Just don't go expecting preferential treatment, hear?

Indeed...

All scribes are treated equal here, regardless of their station or status among the societies of the greater lands of Faerun. Like the light of Selune piercing a veil of cloud before it, the scribes of Candlekeep learn to see beyond the obscuring mask of titles and formalities, to see the light of truth beyond (if any...).

Anyway, welcome to Candlekeep 'Mr.' Indirian.... May all your learning here be free of all forms bias, and unfettered by preconceived notions of truth.
