who is the mysterious "tall, gaunt man" with eyes without pupils watching Magadon getting out of his burning tavern, grinning at him and writing into a book with a quill?
Gonna drag this into the open light (har har har). According to the author, he is someone we would see in the other books of the sundering, and so far no one is coming up with reports of ever reading about him again.
Can someone shed some light or maybe a new set of eyes on whats up with this random character?

I wonder it it's the same entity that observed O'Kleefe and crew sailing down the river in The Sentinel? I had forgotten about him until now.
Although on further thought, maybe the one on the river was Myrkul. Given the shenanigans at their destination it very well could have been him. |

it is Chris Perkins..... hahahahahahahahaha
no seriously if I had to guess than he is one of the shades we met in the sundering books, that isnt dead.
either that or he is someone who is well known and is believed to be dead |
why is being a wizard like being a drow? both are likely to find a dagger in the back from a rival or one looking to further his own goals, fame and power

Not to be confused with the Ravishing Overly Friendly Lady Messenger of Ao, known as ROFLMAO. |

| Because aren't Jergal's eyes yellow, with occasional flashes of gold? |

Asmodeus, of course!
Magadon himself is merely another cambion of no interest and little consequence. Unless one considers the unusual focus on Magadon by his sire, accompanied by the slightest tantalizing whiff of some sort od dark and shadowy divinity. |

you know what.... and this is just outa my arse so, here goes . What if its one of the following:
a: Lord Ioluam, well he is still around... and the spell plague did screw it all up b: Lord Karsus, oh could you imagine..... c: Lord Kronus( or was it spelled Chronus), be rather odd for it ot be him though, since Faerun knows that he is dead...... but you never know, when a archmage of no little power wishes to vanish for a while..... d: Lord Larloch( yeah well, the ToT hit and iirc caused one lich to get a fleshy body again, so why not the spell plague.) e:Lord Rhaugilath ( see above) and wasnt he writing the fall of netheril??? |
