Stumbled upon these images of a cosplay costume for the Pathfinder Iconic elven rogue Merisiel: http://www.rpgbooster.com/merisiel-pathfinder-rogue-cosplay/

Looks like the cosplayer, Melody Tripp, got the details spot on.

Don't get me wrong, it's a damn good effort, but I can be very nitpicky and can't help but note the missing rapier (considering the quality of her getup, a fake scabbard should have been simple) and embedded ioun stone in her forehead (don't know why this is missing since she got the eyebrow shinies on).

When life turns it's back on you...sneak attack for extra damage.

love the jewelry on the belt. She's hot too. Damn great work. I really need to go to more cons and see all these chicks decking themselves out.

Alavairthae, may your skill prevail

The cosplayer asked James Jacob (designer at Paizo) directly about the stone. There's a thread somewhere on the forums. I don't think she forgot.

Between that and the rapier, I can only guess some pieces take time (and funds) to acquire. Sure one could just stick a piece of plastic on her forehead or go with a hollow tube for a scabbard, but a semi-precious stone (or an accurate facsimile) and a good reproduction rapier to work from would just look better. In that case, this remains something of a work in progress.

Edit: Followed the link to more photos. She does have the forehead stone. http://www.beyondthedarkroom.com/blog/2013/10/30/cosplay-photoshoot

Here's a few more Pathfinder-related cosplays from a few years ago: http://paizo.com/paizo/blog/v5748dyo5lbde?Vote-on-the-Costume-Contest

And a nifty Valeros costume from a couple of years back. http://flickrhivemind.net/Tags/valeros/Recent

Wow. I have to agree with slevyas; she's hot. (I should probably go to more cons myself.)
