Hey, I'm always happy to talk about the work I've done! My biggest problem is trying to figure out where to start; The gods? Too many to mention*. Dragons? Kind of complicated, and, again, too many**. The various nations of the world? I still have to re-name them, as there's nothing in my dad's notes indicating what they were called, and he couldn't remember what any of them were, either. (Fortunately,he did remember what some of the nations were like; the primary 'good' nation was sort of a mixture of England/France/Cormyr, except that the government was secretly run by a council of good and neutral-aligned dragons; the primary 'evil' nation was a cross between the Roman Empire (after it had become extremely corrupt and decadent) and the Italian city-states of the 15th-16th century (sorry if I got this wrong; European history isn't something I'm really familiar with -__-'), with a bit of Thay and Skullport*** mixed in.)

Speaking of nations, wasn't this scroll originally about Silver Marches lore? Probably should let people get back to the original topic (unless everyone wants to hear me natter on endlessly about my world).

And before I forget, thanks for the advice, Therise. Both for, well, being there for my mom (which both my sister and I always are), and the video idea. My biggest problem's going to be getting either my friend's or my dad's friends to agree to it; the former will probably (based on some of our past discussions) be completely indifferent on the matter, while the latter are all a little too keen on carrying out my dad's last wishes for real. (For too many reasons to be listed here, my dad's friends are P.O.'ed at the government.)

*At least, there are too many after I started mucking about with it; my dad's original list of 54 (27 gods, plus 27 'demigods', who where much more like quasi-deities) has grown to 334! !!! (My biggest problem is, once I get started on something, I don't always know when to stop.)
**See 'too many gods' (I didn't go quite as nuts here, but it still got absurd (93 true dragons, 108 if you include the oriental ones).
***Actually, a more accurate description would be 'Skullport if it were a country rather than a city'.

Sorry about your loss Drustan.

I receieved my Silver Marches book today and I must say it is amazing. How foolish I was to wait THIS long to get it. If other area sourcebooks are this good I will get them too (Shinning South, Serpent Kingdoms, East and Waterdeep stuff of 3E) I wouldn't get the Underdark 3E though even though I love the Underdark, I got superior 2E books on it.

Also did anyone use any of the adventures in the Silver Marches book?

I'm using the adventure "Black Fury" right now for my group. I've been running a campaign for several months in the Marches.
