I would recommend the Empyrean Odyssey trilogy. Lots of planar creatures, and very little involvement of humans. Also, read the House of Serpents trilogy. All the major players are yuanti, and there is a long trip to the Abyss. A human is the main character, but he's outnumbered by the yuanti. It's also one of the best trilogies ever published in FR.
The Erevis Cale books are excellent, and while Erevis used to be a human, he's a shade for most of the novels. Lots of unusual creatures are involved in the "Erevis Cale Trilogy". Slaadi, gith, dragons, etc. I haven't read them, but I would imagine that the Abolethic Sovereignty books don't involve many core races either.
You won't find any FR books that completely exclude the core races, but there are many where the core races don't dominate the story. Finally, consider the Last Mythal trilogy. It's about the Fey'ri (who are only half elven). And some really enjoyable fiends participate. |

4E doesn't really address that... But thru some unspecified means, the Shades managed to find the Lost Vale, despite the fact that no one else -- including a Banelich flying directly overhead and actively searching for it -- had managed to do that. So one could assume that the saurials were wiped out or sent home. |

Yeah, I figured that was probably what happened, but I had to ask (after all, how would I know one way or the other if I didn't ask?). |

Rage of the Dragons trilogy is good too, it.features a.half. golem half human, but also.a bunch of other creatures likw a Smoke Drake, Averiel (winged elves), a Song Dragon, a Copper Dragon and so on.
Add to that list a halfling, an arctic dwarf, dracoliches, massive land wyrms, all metallic dragons, and some fiends (forgot what they are called [those controlled by Iyraclea]). |
Every beginning has an end. |
