have read before there is a magical cloak for the royal scout of cormyr. as far as i remember it was called the weathercloak. anybody know what book or magazine its in. or anybody know what it does??
I recall the War Wizard Cloak first statted in Volo's Guide to Cormyr (p.237) and expect that the cloak you refer to (which featured heavily in the novels "Beyond the High Road" and "Death of the Dragon") was a variant of those.
