I just downloaded this the other day and was hoping to start putting all my realms novels on there but the barcode scanner is very annoying.does anybody know if there is a specific way of getting it to read your books.it read a hardcover book I put on there fine so maybe its paperbacks.thanks in advance.

| Check and see if there is an internal barcode as well. Sometimes the ISBN and UPC codes are separate from each other. |
I actually DO know everything. I just have a very poor index of my knowledge.

This. I tried scanning the barcode on the back of my Realms books too and it didn't work, but the barcode on the inside of the cover works fine. |

| I've had a lot of trouble with the barcodes on older Realms Novels reading as the wrong book or not reading at all. It's not just the Goodreads app. I have an Android app that catelogs all your DVDs and books that works the same way, and the issue persists even in that app. |
