Hello all!!
Been reading the forums now for about 2 years and with the help of this site and O-love's resource (http://www.o-love.net/realms) I have put together a collection of 202 individual FR novels. Unfortunately me and my wife are downsizing and my bookcase is one of the things on the chopping block :(. I was going to list the set on Ebay but just wanted to see if anyone here was interested first. There are no duplicates and books condition ranges from good to Mint (never opened). I will try to include pictures with all the titles visible but also can provide a list to whomever might be interested. Asking 250$ for the whole lot which is just over a $1 a book which seems fair. I will ship anywhere in the continental US and will only charge you guys what it costs whichever way you would like them shipped. Let me know if you have any question and thanks again for always being a superb resource for all things Forgotten Realms.

That's an awesome collection. I have more than half of those myself, or I'd be thinking about it. Just make sure you don't regret it, when I was in college I sold them back to bookstores as I read them and now I'm buying them back. In over two decades of reading the Realms, there have been times when I was going to sell all, but so glad I didn't.
But if you truly need to be free of them for to make space, so bet it /sadface!, you will always have the memories, lol.
If you don't find any interest here, email a few bookstores, $250 is a crazy deal, and a small bookshop could really up their inventory with that purchase. gl!

I had a similar collection that I tried to move with very little luck. I don't mean to dampen your hopes of selling your collection. But I went to every book store in my city and no one wanted them. I ended up putting them all out on the street for free....they were all gone within the hour. So someone else is enjoying them now.
Good luck selling them though. I hope you do better than I did. |

Your Realms collection seems to be relatively tucked away nice and neat on that book shelf. I hope you aren't getting rid of them to make room for a shoe rack for your wife.  |

Thanks for the thoughts and recommendations on the collection guys.
@Church, I really have been on the fence about just boxing them up and did they same thing as far as having to buy them back. I had a lot of these about 10 years back and they got ruined being stored in a leacky attic. Had to start buying them all over again :)
@Entreri3478, Lol you must know my wife with bringin up shoes!! She has like 200 pair but is halfing that as part of our move. I am sure that wont last though :).

I just might be interested. Told my wife about it what you were selling and she asked me afterwards a few times if I really wanted them... Which state do you live in? I might consider driving to pick them up, if you are close by. |

| Do you still have this collection intact? Sold anything yet? I might be interested in the entirety of the collection. Need to open up a bit of room for another bookshelf first but i am very interested. Also anything you have in hardcover format would up my interest quite a bit (mostly if you have any drizzt or elminster in HC as i'm trying to upgrade my collections as well). It would be around the 1st or 2nd week of february before i could actually make the purchase however. Not sure what your timeframe of moving is but as i stated before i am very interested in the whole collection. any chance you could send me a list of what you have (series titles would be enough, don't bother with each individual book, too time consuming) |
