Does this temple have a name?

It's listed in the 3e campaign setting, with the note that it was built about 3 years ago (so about 1369 DR) and I guess it's understandable that it hadn't been named at that point.

Just wondering if it appears in other books.

Not named in the sources. Created in the wake of the "surface drow" big idea for the 3E Realms. You have free rein to name it what you like.

I don't think so.

I've checked both the old Temples of the Realms listing, and my updated version [as of the 4e FRCG], but I still can't find a reference for whether this temple has actually been named.

Thankya Krash!

And thanks Sage, I was hoping a list like that existed somewhere.

I'm interested in suggestions for a name for this temple.

I'm leaning toward The Hall of Shining Justice, at the moment. Tyr's portfolio, as of 3e, says nothing but "justice" and a third of the temples of Tyr in the list Sage linked have Justice in the name, so there's a pattern. I think something evoking the idea of light should also be in the name, given that the purpose of the temple is (at least partially) to combat the nearby drow. Shining does it without being too obvious (potentially treading on the toes of other deities including but not limited to Lathander), because it's a solid reminder of the armor and blades of Tyr's knights.

Didn't Tyr die just a few years later, at the end of 3e? LOL!

Thats the newest 'abandoned building' in the Realms.
