ok....what was your "soundtrack" for writing said story?
Ah, how well you know me.

Well, the song I most associate with writing this particular story is this one: "Snuff", by Slipknot

The song alone is pretty awesome, though you should watch the official video too, if you want. It's darkly brilliant.

I happen to like that song, Erik. And Dead Memories, too.

Every beginning has an end.

I listened to that one a lot as well.

My current Pandora station is mostly Stone Sour, Slipknot, and Rise Against, with some Tool, Disturbed, Seether, etc., thrown in for additional color.

The book cover has been revealed! http://www.gabrielle-edits.com/2011/06/06/hero-cover/

With art by Scott Purdy, who has done some great work for Paizo and for Dragon Moon Press.

Getting closer... The ebook files are being created as we speak! Or, uh...type.

August comes early around these parts!

WHEN THE HERO COMES HOME is now available for presale in ebook/Kindle formats on the Dragon Moon Press website. http://bit.ly/kTKhCe

I also hear a rumor that it'll show up on Amazon well before the official release date, in Kindle and trade paperback.
