Yes, FRC0 (circa 1356DR) basically sets the stage for Tilverton to be invaded by Zhents (it's a perfect staging point for a caravan route across the Anauroch, as if they need any reason to attack). FRA (which takes place immediately after the ToT, 1357DR) describes Tilverton as having been "liberated" (and now heavily garrisoned) by Azoun's Purple Meddlers.
Tilverton has also been subject to dragonrage several times. Destroyed by the Shadovar. Turned into a permanent Plagueland.
