Hi. I am trying to create organization of Eilistraeeans, but I cannot find the hooks to create encampments and recruit members aside from covert running inside the city. Any help with info on any encampments near Sshamath?

I love the idea, unfortunately, have no strength to go looking for them. Maybe the 'Underdark' sourcebook has some info? Or DDGtU?

Pfff. I'm getting ready for an interesting session, sorry.

For the most part a temple or minor community was on the surface. I only recall two locations in the underdark, there were in reference to the Chosen of the Chosen. The short term community she and her playmates were called from and the Promenade. This does not mean that spies were not in the cities of the underdark, however their operations were far more covert.

Thanks, I will take the lead of imagination further.

This might help a little, http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=fr/pg20021106a , to understand how the Chosen tends to work in the underdark.

There is also an article, written a long time age, titled "If you need help, ask the Drow" which might provide more insight as to practices of the followers of the Dark Maiden.

Cool, thanks!

Another question. What about her followers before Time of Troubles?

Is it possible to find this article nowadays?

There is/was a drow site that summarized most of the pertinent details from that article. I don't have my URLs listing handy at the moment though...

I can answer that one- there are two that I enjoy. Chosen of Eilistraee { Eilistraee.com } or Lavender Eyes (not sure of the exact adress on that one- may need to google it). Both are great for drow-lovers, though Lavender Eyes is more Drizzt fan focused. Chosen has a decent RP forum, and its own drow language traslator.
