Oh, it's a great option, but I still like my hardcopies!

I do have to say, getting the Pathfinder stuff in PDF format does make it much easier for look-ups and also to organize adventures/campaigns.

I actually DO know everything. I just have a very poor index of my knowledge.

Does it sort it in any way (or is it dependant on the file names and how/where you store them?)

Actually, the reason I like the PDFs is because I can copy and paste directly from the file so I can make up "location cards" and "stat cards". So instead of having to flip through the book for the page that has the details on the local taproom, I have a card that has everything I need on it.

I actually DO know everything. I just have a very poor index of my knowledge.

ahh I see...usefull on laptop/desktop, but frustrating on the iPhone I imagine (iPad maybe not, can't comment, not sold in Canada yet lol)
