Awesome! I've just downloaded the PDF and will give it a good read once or twice and see what we have. I really appreciate your putting out a PDF on Siluvanede, Snowblood. |

I've just given a quick look over the PDF and was actually wondering a few things. Where did you come across Lothen having a mythal, as well as its abilities? I was never able to find a great deal out on the city myself and have been looking high and low for as much on it as I can find, as in my campaign we spent quite a while battling off orc troops, Eldreth Veluuthra on a few occasions, gnolls, a few fey'ri, and other encounters to make Lothen a living city once again. Even now, my party has a few problems of savage races attacking elven patrols and supplies, as well as dealing with some unhappy people in Noanar's Hold.
Aside from those questions, I think that what I've seen so far is just great, and I intend on using a great deal of the information in my campaign in a couple of days. Thank you for all of the hard work, and all of the wonderful information on Lothen. My NG fey'ri that's in my sig who's now in charge of the city will be most pleased!! |

when they left the sun elf high mages collapsed the mythal back into the heartsone...then buried it deep & out of mind....still there waiting for their eventual return.... but individual buildings still have their preserving magics the city has only been abandoned for 5-600 years depending upon when you campaign.....
Oh and about the mythal.....I guessed at the fact that the city survived so many hundreds of orc hordes unscathed that it had to have a mythal of some note and power.....and it is a contemporary of Evereska....so there are many simularities...the mythal is actually 4-5 High magi who discombobulated themselves..... so its highly sentient.... |

Snowblood, yet again you have done an absolutely fabulous job! Thanks.
I'm running a campaign based on the Sarrulk using the power of renewed Mythals to release Sseth onto the Prime Material Plane. The PCs have already unwittingly repaired Myth Drannor (instead of the characters in the novels), returned Myth Ondath, and are at the moment chasing half dragon orcs and demons who have stolen the Heartstone from Myth Glaurach, trying to get to the ruis of Hellgate Keep (of course). I plan for them to bring Myth Adofer out of stasis, and repair the mythals of Myth Ryhnn and Unnohyr.
Of course what you've done so far has been extremely helpful, but I was wondering if you'd consider moving on to any of the other mythals, for example, Myth Nantar, Myth Iiscar, Myth Lharast, and Myth Dyraalis (although I do know that Iiscar and Lharast might not be elven)? |

You, sire, are a master Loremaster. Without doubt. A round of your choice of the finest drinkery, for you, on my coin!
Happy playin'! |
