Perhaps an interworld portal has openned between Eveningstar and China and a frisky invisible tressym is wandering around Chongqing! :)

I have the feeling these winged cat stories (which seem to pop up from time to time) are a bunch of baloney, myself. The writing is sensationalistic and generally hard to take seriously and the photographs never give you a definitive look at the alleged "wings."

Don't believe everything you read...

I could have sworn I read this story a few months ago... And those "wings" look more like extended shoulder blades.

Yes I remember that someone post a link to a similar story here, maybe a year ago. It was also a Chinese Tresym :)

Haha, the only way that the fishermen could catch a baby aboleth, is if it wanted to be caught. It must have some ulterior motive!

Cool tressym, though.

Yeah, or matted hair. That's a long-haired cat--I'd imagine matted hair on a long-haired cat would look a lot like wings if it was in the right spots.
