Greetings

Spoiler Alert!

I just finished The Orc King and really enjoyed it. At the end they mention that Tos'Un and Sinnafain married and had children. I was just wondering what the children of a drow and surface elf would look like and whether they would possess any of the Drow's racial traits. Or would they just inherit random traits? Correct me if I'm wrong but I think I read somewhere that when elves of two different subraces have children, the offspring usually take after the one or the other.

Cheers

I believe the genetics states that they would take after one of the parents (i.e. either drow or surface elf). Although the PGtF does provide statistics for the Lesser Drow subrace (Drow without level adjustment) which, IMO, should be the stats for and common drow or mixed heritage drow. The 'true' Drow statistics are for the higher echelon, including those that are prestigious enough to be sent on surface raids.

I actually DO know everything. I just have a very poor index of my knowledge.

-I would say one or the other.

It used to be that when drow and a surface elf had children, the drow blood predominated. But in the new Realms, who knows?
