Just under a week until the release, so it's time for a contest. Complete details can be found on my blog, but the basic format is a drawing, just like before, and the winner gets a signed copy of Mistshore, a gift certificate and assorted other goodies. So if 4e isn't your taste, come on over and enter anyway. I was a busy shopper at Gen Con, and there's much swag to be had.

Okay, I'm realizing JUST how much I'm missing the book store by my family. Not only do I have a copy of Mistshore IN MY HANDS, I also have a copy of Blackstaff Tower...

Mwua Hahahahahaha! (reviews to follow as soon as I finish them...)

I actually DO know everything. I just have a very poor index of my knowledge.

Whoa, I thought this was being released in December and Blackstaff Tower on September 2nd? I must have missed something, but this is awesome! Both books coming out at once?

Wish I knew at least one of the contest quote answers so I could enter, but none sound familiar ...not big on movies

Any Lone Wolf fans? Old school gamebooks from the 80's? They are being re-released/updated, and new books 29-32 being written: http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/novels/lonewolfsolo.html

No movie knowledge needed, hawkytom, don't worry. The quotes are just for fun, you could submit a blank email and you'd be in the drawing. And you should enter...did I mention the swag up for grabs??

I just came up with whatever movie title came to mind. Thought I am pretty sure that I got at least one correct.

If I don't forget, I'll definitely enter this contest.

You've compiled some very interesting quotes there, Jaleigh. I had fun trying to work out where they all came from.

Any update on the contest results? I know I'm a little early here, but I tried to wait!

Sorry to make you wait, hawkytom. As soon as I get home tonight, I promise I'll draw the winner. Watch the blog later this evening for the results.

I hope your swag bag includes the free foam sword I passed out at the Con, my 11 month old has almost worn ours out practicing his"swordsmanship" on his big sister!

Just got back from picking up my copy of Mistshore and Blackstaff Tower, among a few other books. Will be sure to check in on the winners tonight. :)
