Hi

For my upcomming northern journey campaign Im wondering what sources there are for pictures of Sammaster. I have the ones from the old cult of the dragon book but was wondering if there are others as those are not that good IMO.

cheers

Sure you can see through a Ghost. Guess I'm the exeption to that rule.

I'm pretty sure those are the only pics you'll find of him.

An alternative is, of course, to follow the various physical descriptions of Sammaster and attempt to generate your own brief sketch of him.

Thanx for the quick responses. I may just have to test my drawing skills then :)

Thank you fillow, I dont know if it is official but it definitely looks cruel enough to beat any handdrawing I could make.

One can always just imagine what he might look like--he is after all a lich, so that kind of narrows down the possiblities right there (for his true form, anyway).

"Instead of asking why we sleep, it might make sense to ask why we wake. Perchance we live to dream. From that perspective, the sea of troubles we navigate in the workaday world might be the price we pay for admission to another night in the world of dreams."

The year of rogue dragons describes what his current form was like a bit.

I would imagine that he could adopt any illusionary disguise he chose, which would greatly increase your options.

I know if I had to try and sketch something out, my players would not appreciate the stick figure drawings.
