in the making of a new character i just sumbled over something i wasn't sure of, and aren't noticed with a single word in either PHB or DMG
how many feats would a character with an ECL of lets say 10 have if he had an LA+2 (and thereby having a CL 8) ... is it 3 (1,3,6) or 4 (1,3,6,9) ? ...

Feats are based on Level/race not encounter level or difficlty.
3 feats, things like spell like ability, rapid healing, etc. is what makes a LA higher. |
