If you have not read "War of the Spider Queen" all they way through but want to then do not follow my link.
------------- And Stop Reading There Will Be Spoilers ------------------
If you have read "War of the Spider Queen" all the way to it's conclusion, this discussion is for you.
And that is exactly what I wish to do, after you have followed my link, of course. Come back here and discuss what you thought about this series. We have much to talk about, us drow lovers!

Loyalty? Drow?
OK, might be that you chose your words...unwisely. I don't revere the Drow, or anything aside from logical thought and the principal of action and reaction.
And why not discuss it here? After all, we do have a couple of writers in these hallowed halls who did actually write novels in that series?
And do we have to become lovers of imaginary creatures before we join? Besides, not everyone might be into the whole master/slave, s/m stuff, y'know. |

I don't mourn...well, you know.
I have to echo the question: why not discuss it here? It seems like bad form, to me, to make one post that essentially just advertises another website. |
"Instead of asking why we sleep, it might make sense to ask why we wake. Perchance we live to dream. From that perspective, the sea of troubles we navigate in the workaday world might be the price we pay for admission to another night in the world of dreams." --Richard Greene (letter to Time) |

Maybe because we do not revere drow.
Maybe because we don't plant big wet, slobbering kisses on the path drow tread...maybe we just treat drow as characters in books, and critique them as such *shrugs*
Never been much for worshipping of any kind... except logical thought and action/reaction...cause and consequence.
And the consequence of this cause is: *shrug* |

It's not just bad form, it's specifically prohibited in the Candlekeep Forum Code of Conduct, specifically rule A9:

Feel free to add a link to other sites within your profile signature, but all other advertising should be avoided without first obtaining permission from the Head Moderator.
With that in mind, I'm going to lock this scroll, until it is approved by Big Al. |
