Hey, where can I find information about the Humans of the Shining Plains? I've looked at the 2e sources Vilhon Reach and Empire of the Shining seas. I'm thinking of treating it like the Bandit Wastes.
Any lore you could post or pointing me in the right direction would be very helpfull. |

I looked through Races of Faerun, and its pretty light. As is empire of the sands, I'll keep looking, if you all remember anything let me know. |

The Empires of the Sands sourcebook has a tidbit or two as well IIRC.
