So, if they really wanted to create a lvl 30 character, why did they not make him a sorc 5 or a wiz 21 instead of changing the Archmage prestige class rules ? |

Page 41 of the Forgotten Realms campaign sourcebook defines this as a 5 level Prestige Class. Unless I am mistaken, Illis is the only NPC in Forgotten Realms 3X canon with more than 5 levels. |

Posted - 19 Oct 2008 : 18:43:19 I'm not a RPG specialist but I just can confirm that other players (like Green Giant in Wizards threads) use this character/NPC with those such Archmage levels.
I'm not a player. So, Ifthir, what is the matter with that Archmage levels ?
