Do Douglas Niles' firbolgs have a 3ed equivalent? 3ed seems to have adopted Denning's take on firbolgs from the Twilight Giants. Niles' description of them early on in the series sounds more like fomorians, and the Moonshaes clearly have a Celtic feel, could he have confused the firbolgs and fomorians from Irish mythology? |

Thanks Kuje, I had a feeling you'd know. That has been driving me crazy ever since I started reading the series.
It did for me as well until I found the quote online. I believe it came from the FR mailing list, but they changed the mailing list and I can't search for it since I'm not signed up. |
