Posted - 05 Mar 2003 : 18:31:25 well... one would assume there'd be something new as the old books had around 330 pages, and the new ones are labeled to have around 350... so that's a rough 20 pages... and i seriously doubt that my joking comment on another thread about it being for just advertisements is going to be what the 20 pages are... |

AFAIK, the Avatar Series is just being released over the next few months with new covers. There is no extra material. |

Posted - 05 Mar 2003 : 01:25:04 Not only are the original books of the 'Avatar trilogy' being reprinted... so are Prince of Lies (Sept) and Crucible: Trial of Cyric the Mad (Oct) and are now dubbed under "The Avatar Series"
Also Homeland is due to be out in a new hardback Author-Annoted Edition in November... and there is supposed to be a Legacy of the Drow Boxed Set out in Sept. The Thousand Orcs Paperback in July, Dissolution Paperback in August, and Insurrection Paperback in Oct This is all from the Advertisements in the new Tangled Webs reprint |

Posted - 02 Feb 2003 : 17:46:04 Richard Awlinson is not a real person. Scott and troy are the people who wrote the books and they used a Pseudonym |

Posted - 02 Feb 2003 : 17:43:02 In response to the new editions of Shadowdale, Tantras, and Waterdeep... did they totally redo it? Is that why they have Scott Ciencin (first two books) and Troy Denning (Third book) as authors... or did Richard Awlingson not really right the original three? anyone know? |
