Hartsvale is not mentioned anywhere in the index of the Third Edition Campaign Setting, but the theif character Aaron I beleieve was his name is a character in The Crucible and maybe Prince of Lies (not sure about that) and in one of Salvatores novels I believe Sea of Swords there is mention of a mast on a ship being from a large tree in Hartsvale. So whats the deal with this? Discuss. lol

This novel trilogy was one of those unfortunate ones written in a vacuum. It doesn't deal at all with the greater Realms around Hartsvale and is like a plug and play addition. It's not considered a great aspect of the Realms by the wider FR community.
