I've been a gamer for more years than I care to mention, but have only recently got into Forgotten Realms. I'm looking forward to learning more about the Realms from you guys. |

Niether actually. It comes from something entirely. Having to do with Dwarves and the Hearth, elite women dawrven warriors who guard the homestead while the men are away. It's a warrior society, plus it rhymes. |

Hmmm... Invid? Invid as in the alien race of invertebrate, slug-like hive creatures that originate from the world of Optera (Robotech)? Or Invid as in the group of pirates led by Leonia Tavira in the Star Wars universe?
