Well met

Apologies for the downtime of the forum during the whole of yesterday. This was due to a major issue at the web host which affected all users on a particular database server.

Looks like we're back to normal now

I think a couple of scribes have been indulging in the Dwarven holy water again....

My Lady don’t believe what the insane mage says, he has a Cyric symbol on his for head and hills your ears with lies. You just follow me down to the warm cellar an ill show you what love is about

Share?! Oh there's no need to share. These scribes have more than enough on with their pennings of lore. I'm at a bit of a loose end, however...

Oh, but my Lady, I really think you'll end up needing all of them to handle just me alone. I'm THAT loveable!

Heh. I must've missed the inter-library memo that supposedly established that fact!

Well met

Oh it's nothing to do with me, my dear Victor... 'tis all down to the scribes who frequent this place and share the lore

Especially me! I'm just so lovable!

Well met

Aye, the only problem is that it's not possible to write a post to announce that there's a problem when the forum is down If the downtime had been anticipated to be much longer, i'd have put a static notice up in place of the forum.

Thanks to all for bearing with us through this erratic year of problems.

No probs.
And thanks to explain why it did not work. It's nice from you.

I was wondering why I couldn't get on. Thanks for the heads-up.

Year that was a great one…

I generally overlook typos... But "busty" old halls? That's an interesting concept!

That's why it's nice to actually be on the IT staff -- websites that would otherwise get blocked are left open.
