My queation is : Is this a god and hoe gives the priestīs powers.. Talos ?

Yes, there is one god of the tribes and he sends powers through his totems, which you listed. However, it was Tempus that raised him up into a deity, since the deity of the tribes was once a mortal. Note also: some of those tribes have been lost to other deities, like Malar, etc.

That's right, the map of Scardale town is there.

(The maps of Essembra and Archenbridge were omitted from FRS1 and turned up in Dragon #205.)
The Sage Posted - 19 Nov 2006 : 15:03:01
As I recall... the Scardale map is on the inside of the front cover.
VonRaventheDaring Posted - 19 Nov 2006 : 14:46:17
The copy of dalelands i got didn't have the keyed map of Scardale in it, one for pretty much everyother dale though.

Well met

Regarding the custom avatars...please see this scroll.

If it is the actual member ranking ye refer too, then simply take a look at the member list....else wait for the surprise when it happens to thee
The Sage Posted - 16 Nov 2006 : 11:58:45
The section on Candlekeep in Volo's Guide to the Sword Coast elaborates on the ranking system a little. Which is also partly borrowed for the site here at Candlekeep.

And Ed's "Introduction to Candlekeep", which was specially written for this site, touches on it as well. It can be found here:- http://www.candlekeep.com/library/articles/ck_scroll.htm

Chosen of Merrshaulk/Sseth : Pil'it'ith (ExChosen)

As Kuje said, Pil'it'ith and his status as Chosen was covered in SK.

But I have to ask... didn't you already see this same answer in your thread over at WotC?

There's a Selûnite PrC, Silverstar, that allows someone to become a were but retain their alignment.
