Avystervan is an Undead metroplois on the Plane of Ash. It is a magically hidden city that is near impossible to detect and in essence travel to for those that are not invited.
This city and some of its NPC's are described in the supplement of the same name.
I am trying to flesh out this city including it's NPC's.
I would be greatful if ANYONE could design a City Map so that I can start to bring this place to life. It should be about the size of Menzo and there should be three university sized buildings (will come to later) that should have a very gothic feeling, maybe alittle like Notaradame (Franch).
People are more than welcome to submit NPC's to help develope this city. Remember that not just undead live here, evil human's/monsters and even those clever enough non-evil beings.
The City is Controlled by the Black Cabal. This comprises of 'THE FIRST', these are epic class level several thousand year old Vampires. Once numbering 11 now 8. Also The black Cabal includes some of the other most powerful and evil creatures in the City.
