Posted - 20 Feb 2006 : 18:02:20 The well-trafficked parts of Wikipedia are as reliable as print encyclopedias (you always have to apply judgement). The Realms entries, though, are error-filled, even for being sketchy. |

Posted - 20 Feb 2006 : 17:11:39 thanks all for the feedback, I will be careful of this as it appears to have quite a few links, I thought it seemed more complete than everyone is saying. I try to maintain with canon info, so I will stick to my source books and this site . |

Posted - 20 Feb 2006 : 15:09:47 Yes, I can also confirm it only has basic info. A lot of the deities are missing (or categorized as "stubs"). Cormyr, for instance, has only half a page written on it. Besides, it's the wiki-- can't always trust the validity of the information there. |

Posted - 20 Feb 2006 : 15:06:40 I've got a large amount of the Realms products, so I tend to rely on them. If I'm looking for information, I'll either ask here about it or I'll look online long enough to know what books to look in. There's a lot of FR info online, but not all of it is accurate or even canon. |

Posted - 20 Feb 2006 : 14:38:06 I dont use that page of wikipedia. it seems basic info. however it does have alot fo different pages on faerun/FR. Besides this House Baenre Page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_Baenre), it has articles on individual members as well. Wikipedia is a great site and has pages on many other realms snippets as well. |
