Likewise, the city of Neverwinter on the Sword Coast North has a reputation for clockmaking, both water-powered and mechanical. Volo notes that the phrase "by the clocks of Neverwinter" is popular adage for affirming honesty or perfectionism. |

Most smaller towns and villages won't have any. Most major cities in the Heartlands have clock-makers, although they are expensive and still considered an art-form, so only the wealthy and governmental agencies usually invest in such devices.
