So this is my second post in the Candlekeep forums... tell me how's the weather over here?

Oh... and me: I'm a grumpy engineer guy who still manages to make it to Church once in a while, who still to this day (even if living on the West Coast) refuses to even TRY to smoke the Shire Leaf, even if countless friends are casting Charm Persons and Confusion spells on me to entice me to try it... so yeah... you can say I'm a Lawful Good Shield Dwarf Expert5, with maybe one level of something divine-oriented. I don't cast spell just yet so I hesitate to give myself a level of cleric. After I reread this thread some more, I'll perhaps review/update this if I am way off (didn't read it just yet, just chimed in because I saw Wooly!! )

Yeah, I got banned there, so I came over here where there's more lore and a friendlier clime. Welcome!

My only real problem with this quiz is that it got my deity wrong. I'm a whimsical person, so I'd be a follower of Lurue the Unicorn.

I Am A: Neutral Good Elf Bard Mage
Alignment: Neutral Good characters believe in the power of good above all else. They will work to make the world a better place, and will do whatever is necessary to bring that about, whether it goes for or against whatever is considered 'normal'.
Race: Elves are the eldest of all races, although they are generally a bit smaller than humans. They are generally well-cultured, artistic, easy-going, and because of their long lives, unconcerned with day-to-day activities that other races frequently concern themselves with. Elves are, effectively, immortal, although they can be killed. After a thousand years or so, they simply pass on to the next plane of existance.
Primary Class:Bards are the entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other people happy, and, frequently, make money. They also tend to dabble in magic a bit.
Secondary Class: Mages harness the magical energies for their own use. Spells, spell books, and long hours in the library are their loves. While often not physically strong, their mental talents can make up for this.
Deity: Oghma is the Neutral Good god of knowledge and invention. He is also known as the Binder of What is Known, and is the Patron of Bards. His followers believe that knowledge reigns supreme, and is the basis for everything else that is done. They wear white shirts and pants, with a black and gold braided vest, and a small, box-like hat. All priests of Oghma are known as Loremasters. Oghma's symbol is a scroll.

Maybe this test isn't 100% right... I'll send an e-mail to creator.
I've did a new test few time ago, and the results is:
Elf chaotic good bard/mage follower of Halani Celanil, did my mind change in the time between my two tests?
Xullrae Zauviir Posted - 25 Apr 2004 : 08:46:57
Oh my was this interesting. I have mixed emotions on this test, but over all I guess I'm pleased.

A lil history on my character.
She is drow.
A Masked Traitor of Vhaeraun (aka cleric/thief)
Neutral Evil

So saying this is the result of the original test and I couldn't help but laugh as I answered to what I would do, not Xull'rae...

Neutral Evil Half-Elf Thief

Neutral Evil characters believe in Number One. Their personal gain takes precedance over all else, and they will work with whomever necessary and whatever institutions necessary to further their own goals.

Half-Elves are a cross between a human and an elf. They are smaller, like their elven ancestors, but have a much shorter lifespan. They are sometimes looked down upon as half-breeds, but this is rare. They have both the curious drive of humans and the patience of elves.

Thieves are the most roguish of the classes. They are sneaky and nimble-fingered, and have skills with traps and locks. While not all use these skills for burglary, that is a common occupation of this class.

The second test came out as follows with the same gist of answers from the previous tests:

True Neutral Dwarf Thief Ranger
Follower Of Dumathoin

Alignment:
True Neutral characters are very rare. They believe that balance is the most important thing, and will not side with any other force. They will do whatever is necessary to preserve that balance, even if it means switching allegiances suddenly.

Race:
Dwarves are short and stout, and easily recognizable by their well-cared-for beards. They are hard workers, and adept at stonework and engineering. They tend to live apart from other races; generally in deep, underground excavated systems, and as such tend to be distant from other races.

Primary Class:
Thieves are the most roguish of the classes. They are sneaky and nimble-fingered, and have skills with traps and locks. While not all use these skills for burglary, that is a common occupation of this class.

Secondary Class:
Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.

Deity:
Dumathoin is the True Neutral dwarven god of buried wealth, ores, gems, and mining. He is also known as the Keeper of Secrets under the Mountain. His followers are typically miners and explorers, but also respect the beauty of the earth. They also stand guard over the dwarven dead. Their preferred weapon is the maul. Dumathoin's symbol is a faceted gem set inside a mountain peak.

Lawful Good Elven Ranger of Mielikki.

This is amazingly accurate for me if you put my personality into Forgotten Realms D&D terms. Now though I have to say that I would be an oddity because most elves tend towards chaotic rather than lawful and though I suppose some have recently started worshiping Mielikki she is not an elven goddess. Perhaps Rillifane Rallathil the Leaflord would be more appropriate?

It says I'm a Neutral Good, Elf Mage/Bard, and a Follower Of Mystra. Well, we know that can't be true.

Pretty fitting I would have no deity. This was probably the most accurate what sort of thing quiz I ever took.

Mwuahaha! I finally got a result I like

You Are A:

Chaotic Good Human Ranger Fighter
Follower Of Shaundakul

Alignment:
Chaotic Good characters are independent types with a strong belief in the value of goodness. They have little use for governments and other forces of order, and will generally do their own things, without heed to such groups.

Race:
Humans are the 'average' race. They have the shortest life spans, and because of this, they tend to avoid the racial prejudices that other races are known for. They are also very curious and tend to live 'for the moment'.

Primary Class:
Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.

Secondary Class:
Fighters are the warriors. They use weapons to accomplish their goals. This isn't to say that they aren't intelligent, but that they do, in fact, believe that violence is frequently the answer.

Deity:
Shaundakul is the Chaotic Good god of travel and exploration. He is also known as the Rider of the Winds. His followers are typically rangers, and work to protect the land. They typically wear leather armor, and carry long swords and short bows. Shaundakul's symbol is a white hand with the index finger raised.

I took both test and the new says:

Chaotic Good
Elf
Mage/Ranger
no Deity

The old says:

True Neutral
Elf
Ranger

I can see being a Ranger. I love to take care of nature. I am not sure about being Chaotic good, I am more True Neutral. I prefer to stay out of other's business. I do understand about being a mage. I would prefer to sling magic missile and other destructive spells.
