IMHO - In My Humble Opinion. See the REALMS-L FAQ for further abbreviations
Webmaster,
There have been several questions popping up on abbreviations and the subsequent re-direction to the FAQ on the Candlekeep website. Maybe a link at the top of the main forum page to the topic might avoid people accidentally repeating the same questions. Or maybe even a separate forum with some core information and guidelines to the forum for new members.
...Just an idea.
ps, Rad I just took your post as an example no other intent behind it. |

Posted - 24 Oct 2002 : 19:47:40 This FAQ is huge! You could almost get lost in it! It would take me all evening to read. I guess I'm not going to do that. But aside from abbreviations there's loads of info. Nice list :)
There are even some guidelines on behavior? Do those count for this forum too?

http://www.myth-drannor.net/ Has something similar on their forum, and that's what triggered my message on the forum.
However, I think the link would be more visible to people if it was placed above the Forgotten Realms Journals - forum.
Considering that the General FR Chat sub-forum is the most active, and that's also where the page opens to.
Not trying to nit-pick, just an IMHO.
