I'm not entirely sure this is the correct shelf, but I don't see where else it would go.
I'm wondering what guidelines there are for posting maps here or getting them hosted on the site. I ask because I've got two or three maps that some people might get some use out of, but they are based on WotC property (nothing that isn't freely available on-line anyway) and contain the odd bit of non-canon material.
I would put them up on imageshack or something like that, but the files are too big and they get all mashed up.
Any suggestions?
Cheers in advance! |

I'll try and get a list together of the non-canonical bits on my maps and see what people think. |

Basically, the easiest option for you, is to simply look over what we've already got stored here at Candlekeep, and determine whether your maps are either similar to or different from what's already hosted on the main site. The maps hosted already are largely within the scope of what's currently allowed given the state of the existing "Wizards Fan Site Policy," so as long as your maps also fall into this category, there shouldn't be a problem with us storing them here also.
You can take a look at the Map Room yourself, here:- http://candlekeep.com/library/maps.htm |
